Can we add additional horn/strobes to the system?

Yes you can have as many as 3 horns/strobes per system.

How do the multi-stall systems work?

The system acts a one, it monitors each door to the stalls and each stall has it's own sensor, the stall doors need to be left open when not in use, the main door operates as normal, one keypad controls the muti-stall system

How many people have been saved?

Approximately 3500 and counting.

How often should we test the system and how do we start it?

We recommend testing the system weekly, you walk into the bathroom, walk out and close the door, with a timer app on a cell phone you can see the elapsed time. After the elapsed time (2-1/2 minutes) the Alarm will sound. Open the door and push the reset button.

What are the false alarms caused by?

We have reports of the client is sleeping, some are unknown, it doesn't happen often.  

How many minutes with no movement will the alarm start?

With a bathroom having a history of overdoes we will set the time at 2 minutes, for all other bathrooms we set the time at 3 minutes, the time can be adjusted on site.

Can we lock out the bathroom and put it out of use for service?

The system has a bypass keylock with a flashing indicator on the keypad for out of service.

Does the bathroom door need to be open when the bathroom is unoccupied?

Yes, the bathroom door needs to be open when not being used. We have additional options to keep the door closed when un-occupied.
